In the name of God Amen I William Curtis in the Parish of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Labourer being in good Health of Body and of sound and disposing Mind and Memory and Understanding thanks be to Almighty God for the same do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)   In the first place I comitt my Soul to God that gave it and my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the Discretion of my Executor hereinafter named And as to such Worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I give devise bequeath and dispose thereof as follows   Item I Will that all my just Debts and Funeral Charges be paid and satisfied   Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Fillpost of Yardley Gubin in the County of Northampton the sum of One pound one shilling   Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Brown of Yardley aforesaid the sum of One pound one Shilling   Item all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Estate and Estates whether Real Copyhold or Personal of what nature or kind soever wheresoever lying and being I give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my Son Robert Curtis  And I do hereby make nominate and appoint my said Son Robert Curtis sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this 22nd Day of April in the Year of our Lord 1755  The Mark of William Curtis Signed Sealed and Declared by the Testator in the presence of us who have subscribed our Names as Witnesses Law.
