In the name of God Amen I Thomas Crick of the parish of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham being of sound Mind and Memory do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I Give and bequeath unto my brother James Crick of the parish of Hanslope aforesaid and to his heirs for ever All those Messuages and Tenements Gardens and all appurtenances thereto belonging situate lying and being upon Stocking Green in the said parish of Hanslope and now in the several occupations of Benjamin Inwood Thomas Webb and William Simons with all that piece of pasture land thereto adjoining belonging to me and now in my own occupation   I Give and bequeath into the hands of my Executors hereinafter named the sum of Fifty pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain In Trust for the use and benefit of Ebenezer Crick son of my brother Charles Crick the interest of the said fifty pounds to accumulate until he the said Ebenezer Crick shall arrive at the age of twenty one years but if he the said Ebenezer Crick shall depart this life before he shall attain the age of twenty one years my Mind and will is that the said sum of fifty pounds be given to my brother Charles Crick at the death of the said Ebenezer Crick together with all interest arising from the said fifty pounds to the time of the death of the said Ebenezer Crick   I Give and bequeath into the hands of my Executors hereinafter named the sum of Two hundred pounds of good and lawful money in trust for the use and benefit of my sister Elizabeth Smith wife of Robert Smith Wheelwright of Hanslope aforesaid the interest thereof to be paid to her the said Elizabeth Smith in Half yearly payments without any deduction during the term of her natural life and after her decease the said sum of Two hundred pounds is to be equally divided between her then surviving Children as they respectively attain the age of twenty one years   I Give and bequeath unto my friend Mr Edward Vorley of Leicester the sum of Five pounds to be paid by my said Executors in good and lawful money any time within twelve months after my decease   I Give and bequeath into the hands of my Executors aforesaid the sum of Twenty five pounds of good and lawful money In trust for the purpose of purchasing a horse for the sole use and to be the property of Joseph Hindes the younger the interest of the said twenty five pounds to accumulate for that purpose till my said Executor shall think it proper to purchase him a Horse but in no case shall the said purchase be withholden after he the said Joseph Hindes the younger shall arrive at the age of twenty one years   I Give and bequeath into the hands of my Executors herein after named All the residue and remainder of my Property of what kind or sort soever to pay my lawful debts funeral Expenses and legacies after which the surplus thereof to be given by my said Executors wholly and fully into the hands of Robert Smith Wheelwright of Hanslope aforesaid  husband of my sister Elizabeth Smith for his own use and benefit alone   Further it is my Mind and will that my said Executors shall not make any claim or demand upon the aforesaid Robert Smith or my brother Charles Crick Baker of any monies due from them to me at the time of my decease of what kind or sort soever the debt maybe or upon what security soever it may be due to me   And I do hereby discharge the said Robert Smith and Charles Crick from all such debt or debts   And I do hereby Nominate and appoint my brother James Crick Farmer and Joseph Hindes the Elder Lace dealer both of Hanslope aforesaid my Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I do declare this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Ninth day of November in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and eleven – Thomas Crick (LS) Signed sealed published and declared by the within named testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto affixed our names as Witnesses at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other Daniel Raban   George Horspool   Joseph Hindes

I Thomas Crick the within named Testator do add the following Codicil to my foregoing Will my mind and will further is that my brother James Crick do pay into the hands of my brother Charles Crick Fifty pounds in lieu of any former legacy by me bequeathed to himself of good and lawful money out of my Cottages and other premises situate upon Stocking Green which by my foregoing Will I have bequeathed to my said brother James Crick and I do hereby charge the said Cottages and other premises with the payment of the said sum of Fifty pounds to my said brother Charles Crick within twelve months after my decease   In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Eleven – Thomas Crick Signed sealed published and declared by the within named testator Thomas Crick as and for his Codicil to his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto affixed our names as Witnesses at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other – Joseph Hindes George Horspool and Daniel Raban
