I JANE CRICK of the Woad Farm Hanslope in the County of Buckingham Widow HEREBY REVOKE all Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and DECLARE this to be my last Will   I APPOINT my Son JAMES CRICK and my daughter SARAH AMELIA CRICK (hereinafter called “my Trustees”) to be the Executors and trustees of this my Will   I GIVE and devise unto my trustees ALL THOSE my four freehold Cottage or tenements with the appurtenances thereto belonging situate in Jacksons Lane Wellinborough in the County of Northampton  AND ALSO all those my two freehold Cottages or tenements with the appurtenances thereto belonging situate at the Forest in Hanslope aforesaid UPON TRUST to pay the rents thereof (after deducting therefrom in the first instance all rates taxes premiums of Insurance and other outgoings payable in respect of the same and the cost of keeping the same in repair) to my Son Joseph Hutchings Crick during his life And from and immediately after the decease of my said Son Joseph Hutchings Crick IN TRUST for the two Children of my late Son Charles Wilson Crick deceased equally as tenants in Common and not as joint tenants to whom I give and devise the same accordingly   I GIVE AND DEVISE all other my real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever consisting of ALL THOSE my two messuages or tenements shop and premises situate in Broad Green Wellingborough aforesaid now in the occupation of the Industrial Cooperative society and         Baron AND ALSO ALL those several freehold Cottages now known as Broad Green Cottages in the occupation of        Parker and others AND ALSO ALL those two pieces of freehold Building Land situate in Saint John Street and Victoria Road Wellingborough AND ALSO ALL that freehold house yard garden and premises situate at Hanslope aforesaid now in the occupation of Dr Ryan or his undertenant AND ALSO ALL THAT building and premises near thereto now in the occupation of the Salvation Arm AND ALSO ALL THAT freehold Shop and premises occupied by Mrssrs Clark and Webb UNTO and to the use of my Son James Crick and my daughter Sarah Amelia Crick equally as tenants in common in fee and not as joint Tenants I ALSO BEQUEATH unto them my said Sons James Crick and Daughter Sarah Amelia Chick equally all my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses   I DECLARE and it is my fervent hope that my last mentioned Son and daughter will bring up the said Children of my late son Charles Wilson Crick who are now under my care in a Christian like manner but I expressly declare that I have not intention of creating any trust in their favour IN TESTIMONY whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twentieth day of March One thousand eight hundred and eighty nine.

Signed and declared by the said Jane Crick the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us resent at the same time who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
