This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Crick of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham Farmer I give devise and bequeath All and every the messuages lands tenements and hereditaments and real Estate of or to which I shall die seised possessed or entitled And also all my monies securities for money farming stock and implements of husbandry household goods and furniture and other my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever And all property whastoever over which I have or may have any power of disposition Unto and to the use of my dear Son James Crick his heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely according to the nature and tenure thereof respectively Subject nevertheless to the payment of my debts and funeral and testamentary expenses and of the legacy of nineteen pounds nineteen shillings to my dear Son Ebenezer Crick and of the like legacy of nineteen pounds nineteen shillings to my dear Daughter Etty the Wife of Lovell Warren to whom respectively I bequeath such legacies and direct that the same shall be paid within six calendar months next after my decease And I give and devise all Estates which shall at the time of my decease be vested in me Upon trust or by way of Mortgage unto and to the use of my said Son James Crick his heirs and assigns for ever upon and subject to the trusts and equity of redemption affecting the same respectively And I nominate and appoint my Friend Joseph Hutchings of Hanslope aforesaid Malster and my said Son James Crick Executors of this my Will In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of April One thousand eight hundred and forty six – Charles Crick (LS) Signed sealed published and declared by the said Charles Crick the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names at Witnesses – John Parrott Stony Stratford Bucks Eli  Brownsels Hanslope
