In the Name of God Amen I Joseph Church of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Husbandman being weak in body but of sound Mind and Memory (praised be God) Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Elizabeth Tite the Sum of one shilling to be paid by my Executors hereafter mentioned Item I give unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Church and my beloved son Joseph Church all my Goods Chattels and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I shall die possessed of And Lastly I do constitute and make them my said wife and son Joynt Executors together of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty first day of December in the Twenty third Year of our Sovereign Lord George the second by the Grace of God of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland King Defender of the faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and forty eight Joseph Church – Signed Sealed and Published and Declared by the Testator to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us and the same was Attested in the Testators presence and in the presence of each other by us – William Goodridge Thomas Billing
