In the Name of God Amen I Amos Chinner of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Cooper being of sound mind memory and understanding praise be God for the same Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)   ffirst and principally I Commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it hoping to be saved through the Merrits of Jesus Christ my bodey I commit to be decently interred  at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named and as to such worldly Estate and effects as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I Give and dispose thereof as follows   Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth my loving wife all and singular my Household Goods Chattels Stock and all other my Effects or what nature or kind soever the same or are wheresoever the same are shall or may be found but in case my said wife should marry againe but then and Imeadeatly after the Maridge of my said wife my Will and meaning is that all my Goods and Chattels and personall Estate shall decend to my beloved Son Amos Chinner his paying my legaycis  hereinafter named   Item I Give and bequeath unto my brother John Chinner the summ of five Shilling of Towcester in the County of Northampton   And Lastly all the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever not hereinbefore mentioned I Give devise and bequeath unto my loving wife her heairs Executrix Administrators and Assigns and I do hereby Nominate Constitute and Appoint my said wife Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made at any time here to fore made and do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twentieth day of May in the twentieth Seventh Year of the Regn of our Sovein Lord Georg the Second by the Grace of God of Great Brittan France and Ireland King Defender of the ffaith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred fifty and four – The Mark of Amos Chinner Signed  Sealed published and declared by the said Amos Chinner the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our Names as Witnesses hereunto at his request and in his presence – John SmithThomas Billing
