In the Name of God Amen I Job Bull in the parish of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Yeoman being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory blessed be God  Do this 21st day of August in the Year of our Lord 1746 make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)   Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my son Job Bull and his heirs unless he dyes without issue Then to my daughter Sarah Bull All that Estate Messuage or Tenement lying and being in ponny ffields (?) in the Parish of Stepney London which came to me at the death of my Aunt Sarah Parker lately deceased   And my Will is that my loving wife Elizabeth Bull shall have the Profits and issues arising from that Estate untill my son Job shall arrive to 21 years of age   In case she keeps her single and from Marrying in that time and if my son and daughter should depart this life before my wife that she shall enjoy the above Estate for life if she does not marry: but if she does then after that or at her Death to come to my daughter Willehma (?) Willison Pease and her heirs And my Will ffurther that if my wife shall alter her Condition by Marriage That my Two good Friends hereinafter mentioned for Trustees and Guardians for my Executor being a Minor Shall take as Exact an Account and Value by way of  Money (?) as possible they can of all the Goods and Chattells that she shall be Possessed of at that time and to make that Secure in the Most Convenient  and proper manner that they can or shall think most convenient for the use of all the three Children or as many as there shall be living at that time to be equally Divided amongst them share and share alike   Item I give unto my son Job Bull my engraved Silver Watch and all my Clothes and Wearing Apparrel  And I ffurther Will and desire All those that I leave in Trust that a late Servant who has lived here whose name is John Miles shall not at any time hereafter come to live with  my wife or Children any more as a Servant or in that way  Note I have three Heifers and one Colt at my Father Bulls at Plumpton which I desire the Trustees will see they be brought to Hanslop soon after my Death And I make and ordain my son Job Bull sole Executor and my wife Elizabeth Bull Sole Executrix   And I Farther Make Constitute and Appoint my good Friends Mr William Hillier and Mr Jos. Miles both of Hanslop to be Executors in Trust and Overseers thereof and to see the same perfomed according to my own Intent and meaning In Witness whereof I the said Job Bull have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the day and Year above written Job Bull Signed Sealed and Delivered by the Testator as for his last Will and Testament in the Presence of us who were Present at the Signing and Sealing thereof Joseph Smith  The Mark for Sarah Pinfold   John Perry
