In the Name of God Amen I Elisha Bull of Hanslope in the County of Bucks Yeoman being of sound mind and memory (blessed be God) Do make and ordain and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)   First and principally I commend my Soul to God who gave it and my Body I commit to the Earth at the discretion of the Guardians that here I nominate which are Christopher Bishop Malster in the parish of Hanslope in the County of Bucks and George West Baker of Hanslope in the County aforesaid I further signify that my two Guardians above mentioned shall sell All my Personal Estate and effects and the Money to be paid to my Neice at the proper time that Law directs my Nieces Mary Bull Daughter of William Bull and Ann his late Wife and at this time of making my last Will and Testament I Give demise and bequeath to my Nephew William Bull one Shilling of lawful Money of Great Britain I also give demise and bequeath to my Niece Mary Bull Daughter of William Bull my Nephew aforesaid all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate which is the House I now dwell in and my Goods Chattels of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever lying and being in Gold Street in Hanslope aforesaid with all my ready money Securities for money and whatsoever I shall die possessed of to her and her Heirs for ever I also nominate constitute and appoint my said Neice Mary Bull aforesaid sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other Will or Wills heretofore made by me and allow this only to be my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof  I the said Elisha Bull have hereunto set my hand and seal the first day of July in the ninth year of the reign………………..In the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty nine Elisha Bulk his mark – Signed sealed published and declared by the said Elisha Bull the Testator and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses  Eliz.
