This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Holloway Brown of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham Plumber and Glazier and Innkeeper I will and direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be fully paid and satisfied I nominate and appoint my dear wife Sarah Brown of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham Sole Executrix of this my Will I give devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate property and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of or to which I shall die seised possessed or entitled unto and to the use of my said wife Sarah Brown her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely I revoke all former Wills by me made In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this ninth day of July One thousand eight hundred and fifty five Thomas Holloway Brown – Signed and Declared by the above named Thomas Brown the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses – William Golby of Stony Stratford Bucks Maltster – James Cattell Hudson of Stony Stratford Bucks Clerk
