In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Billing of the parish of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham Publican do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I Give and bequeath to my Son Thomas Billing the House which I dwell in together with all the Out offices thereto belonging and the Timber Stables and Joiners Shop adjoining and also the two Tenements adjoining my said Dwelling House now occupied by my Sister Mary Billing and my Son in Law Thomas Smith  Also to my Daughter Catharine the Wife of Thomas Smith I Give and bequeath Twenty pounds of lawful Money, and the Clock which now stands in my parlour  Also to my Son George I Give and bequeath the like sum of Twenty pounds of lawful money  Also to my Daughter Frances Wife of Robert Allin I give and bequeath the like Sum of Twenty pounds of lawful Money and the smaller Turn-up Bedstead standing in the Bedroom over the House together with the Curtains Bed and one pair of Sheets thereto belonging  Also to my Daughter Sarah I Give and bequeath the like sum of Twenty pounds of lawful Money and  Also the Bedstead which stands in the Bedroom over the Kitchen together with the Bed two pairs of Sheets and all the other Furniture belonging to it And also a Chest of Drawers and a Box standing in the same Room  Also to my Daughter Mary Wife of Joseph Allin I Give and bequeath the like sum of Twenty pounds of lawful Money All the residue of my Money Goods and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever  I Give and bequeath to my aforesaid Son Thomas Billing And I hereby constitute and appoint my said Son Thomas Billing Executor of this my last Will and Testament  And I hereby order him to pay all my aforesaid legacies within Twelve Months after my decease  And I hereby order my said Son Thomas to pay all my just Debts and the Funeral Expences  And I hereby declare this to be my only last Will and Testament   In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty eighth day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ten Thomas Billing (LS) Signed sealed published and declared by the within named Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto affixed our names in his presence and in the presence of each other William Singleton   John Gregory   Reuben Gregory
