This is the last will and testament of me Mary Barratt of Hanslope in the county of Bucks., widow, in manner following (that is to say)   ffirst I give and devise all that my Cottage or Tenement with the appurtenances in Road in the county of Northampton now in the occupation of [blank] Walton unto my Grandson Abraham Barratt (son of my son Abraham Barratt) his heirs and assigns for ever   Also I give and devise All my Messuages Closes Lands and real Estate in Hanslope aforesaid unto my two Daughters Mary Warr and Elizabeth Barratt their heirs and assigns for ever as tenants in common and not as joint tenants   Also I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Warr the sum of five hundred pounds out of my personal Estate at the End of six Calendar Months next after my decease  Also I give and bequeath to my said grandson Abraham Barratt the Sum of two hundred pounds at his age of twenty one years with lawful Interest to commence from the expiration of twelve calendar months after my decease    Also I give and bequeath to my son in law John Barratt the sum of one hundred pounds at the end of six calendar months after my decease   Also I give and bequeath all my household good and ffurniture to my said daughter Elizabeth Barratt   Also I give and bequeath all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Monies Effects and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of every Nature Sort or kind soever not herein before disposed of unto my two daughters Mary Warr and Elizabeth Barratt their Executors Administrators and Assigns equally to be divided between them share and share alike Subject nevertheless and charged and chargeable and I do hereby charge and subject all the said Rest and Residue of my said personal estate to send [?]  with the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses and the charges of proving this my will   And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said two daughters Mary Warr and Elizabeth Barratt joint Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament   And lastly I do hereby revoke annul and make void all former and other will and wills made by me at any time or times heretofore made and do declare and publish this and this alone to be and contain my true and whole last Will and Testament   In Witness whereof I the said Mary Barratt the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal the eleventh day of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and eight    The mark of Mary Barratt     Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Mary Barratt the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other subscribed out names as witnesses   John Site   Thomas Dunkley   Richard Howe.

Proved at London 28 August 1812 before the Judge by the Oaths of Mary Warr (wife of Thomas Warr) and Elizabeth Barratt Spr., the daughters and Executors to whom Administration was granted having been first sworn by Comon duly to administer.
