This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Barratt of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham Spinster in manner following that is to say  I give and bequeath to my nephews and niece Susanna Barratt Robert Barratt and William Barratt the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds a-piece to be paid at the expiration of  six calendar months after my decease also I give devise and bequeath to my nephew John Warr all and every my messuages cottages closes lands rent hereditaments and real Estates and parts and shares and part and share of messuages cottages closes lands rent hereditaments and real Estates whatsoever to hold the same unto and to the use of my said nephew John Warr and of his heirs and assigns for ever also I give and bequeath to my nephew William Warr the sum of six hundred pounds and to my niece Mary Linnell the sum of four hundred pounds also I give and bequeath to my Great Nieces and Nephew Louisa Angus  Emma Angus  George Angus and Maria Angus and ffrances Angus the sum of eighty pounds a-piece to be paid to them by my residuary Legatee and executor hereinafter named and to my said nephew John Warr the sum of two hundred pounds to be paid within the space of six calendar months next after my decease also I give and bequeath to my servant Martha Warren the sum of nineteen guineas also I give and bequeath to my nephew Abraham Barratt son of my brother Abraham Barratt all my goods monies chattels effects and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of every nature sort or kindsoever after and subject to the payment of my just Debts and funeral expenses and the charges of proving this my Will and the above mentioned  legacies and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said nephew Abraham Barratt sole executor of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoking all former Wills do declare and publish this and this alone to be and contain my true and whole last Will and Testament  In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Barratt the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand the twenty ninth day of May in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty one Elizabeth Barratt  Signed by the said Elizabeth Barratt as her Will in the presence of us present at the same time who in her presence and at her request have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses  Thomas Howes C Lewis
