into the hands of allmighte god trusting to be saved by and

my howsse with all the goodes & howses with all
appurtenances to the sayd howse appoteyning
or belonging standing and being within the parishe
of Hanslope in the Church Strett wherein
doth dwell one Thomas Yiges shall be to the
powre jointly within the parishe of Hanslope for
ever after manner and forme following that is to saye
I will that William Yiges one of the executors his
heires and assignes for ever shall have the setting
and to fore letting of the foersayd howse with all
the proffeittes therunto belonging and the yerly some
for the sayd howse with all the proffits therto
belonging to be gyvento the powre people
within the parish of Hanslope halfe yerly for
ever  And I will that the sayd William Yiges
his heires or assigns shall have xijd   yerly
for there paynes and no more as they shall Answer
before God  Item I will that that the other
howse within the parishe of Hanslope standing
and being in totoll ende7 the wich howse with
a barne and other howsses with all the goodes
thereto belonging I lately bought of one
William Audley shall be to the powre people
within the parishe of Hanslope for ever
after the fore following First I will that

Yiges my ij executors there heyres and assignes for
ever shall have the settting and to fore letting
of the sayd howse barne groundes with all the Appurtenances
yerly for ever  And I will that the yerly
rente or some by them receaved shall be gyven
to the powre people within the parishe of hanslop
halfe yerly for ever and they to have for there
paynes yerly xijd  and I will that a coppy
of this my last wil and testament shall remayne
within the church of Hanslope for ever  Item I
will that if it suite? the fore named
Thomas berchemore my brother or the foresayd
William Yiges my ij executors there heyries or
assignes do nott performe this my last will
by the space of one hole yere then I will
that the Churche wardens of the Churche
of Hanslope for the tyme being shall Immediately
disposses the sayd my executors there heires
or assignes for ever by the verte8 of this my last
will and testament and they for the tyme being to
have the setting9 and to fore letting of the
fore  named howsses with all there appurtenances in
as longe and ample manner yerly for ever My
executors or their heyres or assignes ever have
by the verte of this my last will and testament but
my will is that William Yiges one of my  executors
shall receive of the yerly rent or some of my

howsse in tottoll end towards the payment of my dettes
and than I will it goo to the powre people as before sayd
for ever  And my will is that if there be any word
or wordes within this my last will and testament not
agreeable to the lawe or statute of the Realem10 that
every such word or wordes shall be reformed at the overse11
of a learned man so that effect and the mynde of me
in this my last will and testament be not altered or changed
Item I will bequeath to my brother Thomas berchmore
one of my executors the Residue of all my howsses
landes and tenementes with all there appurtenances
standing  and being within the parish of Hanslope
aforesaid to have and to hold to his heires for ever These
