This is the last Will and Testament of me Rimage Baines of Hanslope in the County of  Bucks Officer of Excise  I desire that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences shall be paid by my Executrix as soon as conveniently may be after my decease out of my personal estate I give and devise all my messuages cottages lands hereditaments and real estate situate at Hanslope aforesaid or elsewhere unto my dear wife Patty Baines and her heirs for ever  I give and bequeath unto my said wife All my monies securities for money household goods and all other my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature sort or kind soever And I appoint my said wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Rimage Baines the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine – Rimage Baines (LS) – Signed sealed published and declared by the said Rimage Baines the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses -  George Lucas – Dav.
