In the name of God Amen I William Ansfield of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Grocer being sick and weak in Body but of a sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)   First I give and bequeath unto my loving Sister Mary now the Wife of James Gregory of Hanslop aforesaid the sum of one hundred pounds   Also I give and bequeath unto my two Nieces Elizabeth Cox now the wife of James Cox of Hanslop aforesaid Carpenter and unto Ann Buckmaster now the wife of John Buckmaster of Hanslop aforesaid Cordwainer the sum of fifty pounds apiece   Also I give and bequeath unto Mary Stanton of Hanslop aforesaid Spinster the sum of ten pounds   Also I give and bequeath unto Mary King of Moulsoe in the said County of Bucks Spinster and unto Martha Farmall now the wife of Thomas Farmall of Moulsoe aforesaid the sum of two pounds and ten shillings apiece   Also I give and bequeath unto my Brother in Law Lewis Gregory of Hanslop aforesaid the sum of five pounds   Also I give and bequeath unto Edward Gregory   Freeman Gregory and John Gregory of Hanslop aforesaid and unto James Gregory of the parish of Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex the Sons of my said Brother in Law Lewis Gregory the sum of one pound and one shilling apiece   Also I give and bequeath unto Phobe Mills now the wife of William Mills the younger of Hanslop aforesaid the sum of five pounds   Also I give and bequeath unto my Servant Mary Wilcox the sum of five pounds   All which said legacies above mentioned I do hereby will and direct shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter named within twelve Calendar Months next after my Decease   Also I give and bequeath unto James Buckmaster the Eldest Son of my said Niece Ann Buckmaster the sum of Five pounds if he attains his age of twenty one years   Also all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Goods Household Goods and Implements of Household Stock in Trade Monies and Securities for money Book Debts Leases Mortgages in Fee or for Years and all other my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature sort or kind (not herein before by me disposed of) I give and bequeath the same unto my Nephew Joseph Gregory of Hanslop aforesaid and to his Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever He and they thereout paying all my just Debts my funeral Expences and the Charges of proving this my Will   And lastly I do hereby make nominate constitute and appoint my said Nephew Joseph Gregory sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking and making void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time or times heretofore made and I do declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said William Ansfield have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this ninth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy four  William Ansfield Signed sealed published and declared by the above name William Ansfield  as and for his last Will and Testament in our presence and attested and subscribed in  his presence and in the presence of each other by us Christopher Bishop   Thomas Grammer
