In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Allom of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Yeoman being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding praised be God for the same Do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say   First I Give and bequeath unto my Sister Alice Evans of Cosgrove in the County of Northampton Widow the sum Two Shillings per week during her natural life to be paid weekly and every Week by my Executors hereinafter named the first payment thereof to begin and be made on the first Monday next after my decease and so to be paid every Monday during her natural life   Next I Give and bequeath unto my Kinsman Edward Allom the sum of two pounds to be paid by my Executors within six months after my decease And also my little Horse Colt that came of my little Welsh Mare   Next I Give and bequeath all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Goods Chattels Ready money Securitys for money and all other my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature sort or kind soever unto my brother John Allom and my Grandson Thomas Allom and to the Survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators of such Survivor upon this Condition that my said brother John Allom and my said Grandson Thomas Allom do live together and go on in the farming Business as partners and not to take their part and share from each other as long as they both shall live (they paying therewith and thereout all my just Debts and funeral Expences and I do hereby make ordain constitute and appoint my said Brother John Allom and my said Grandson Thomas Allom joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking disannulling and making void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and to declare this only to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking Disannulling and making void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Allom the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this Twenty first day of October in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty Nine  The mark of Thomas Allom – Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said Thomas Allom the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses in his presence and the presence of each other Richard Patch – The mark of Mary Batman
