In the Name of God Amen I Richard Simonds of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Laceman being of sound mind and memory thanks be to God for the same   I do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following I give and bequeath to my loving wife Hannah Simonds all my household ffurniture for her sole use   I give devise and bequeath to my friend Joseph Hindes the elder of Hanslop in the County of  Buckingham Laceman in Trust for the uses after mentioned that my said Trustee shall sell and dispose of all my Stock in Trade be it of what kind or sortsoever with all the Book Debts and moneys or Securities for moneys which I shall die possessed of after paying all my just Debts and necessary expenses the money arising therefrom shall be put out to Interest on such securities as my Trustee shall think proper the Interest to be applied for the maintenance and education of my Daughter Harriot Simonds   if my wife Hannah Simonds marries before my Daughter Harriot Simonds arrives at the age of twenty one years in that case my Trustee shall apply the whole of the Interest to her Sole use and when my said Daughter attains to the age of twenty one the whole of  principal and Interest then shall be paid to her Trust   if my said Daughter Harriot Simonds does not arrive at the age of twenty one years my Will is that the said money with the Interest then due shall be equally divided between my ffather John Simonds of Hanslop aforesaid my Mother Elener Simonds my Brother James Simonds my Sister Martha Simonds my Sister Hannah Kitelee my Brother William Simonds and my niece Mary Simonds Daughter of my Brother James Simonds to be equally divided to them or their heirs share and share alike and lastly I do declare this my last Will and Testament Sealed with my Seal the twenty seventh day of March in  the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred Richard Simonds Signed Sealed and attested by the Testator in the presence of Thomas Hindes and Thomas Kitelee

Proved at London the thirteenth day of June in the year of Out Lord one thousand eight hundred   Joseph Hindes the elder appointed sole executor
