Notes:

Map accompanied the Inland Revenue Survey, and were used to provide and index.  The numbers written in red on the map are the Assessment numbers which appear in the first column of the Record of Valuations, which lists entries in assessment number order.  The map was based on the Ordnance Survey map of 1901, based on a survey in 1880, revised in 1899.  The colouring was added by the Inland Revenue.
